And Psychological Services, LLC

My goal is to meet you where you are, and I acknowledge that seeking help is a very personal often difficult decision.  If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, or relationship issues we can work together to raise and strengthen your insight, self-awareness, and resiliency. Life is never a straight line, nor are we always given accurate direction. Many of us are working through a variety of life transitions and I can help you by being an advocate and having a therapeutic relationship built on honesty, knowledge, and trust. Working together and collaborating to find your strengths and opportunities for growth is what I do best. I have 14 years experience working with older children, teens and adults. I am Certified in Thanatology through the Association of Death Education and Counseling and have been offering life transitions and grief support services for the last 15 years as well as conducting educational and grief support groups. I have been a frequent educator to community groups on topics dealing with stress management, grief and loss. Types of therapy include EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
